About me
I am licensed in both Florida and Texas, and accepting clients from both states. I lived in Florida most of my life, and lived in Texas when I attended graduate school at University of Texas. I love the Florida beach and the Texas hill country. When I am not working, I enjoy spending time with my family and friends; taking my son to classes, and going on walks with my dog, Winston.
I have over nine years of experience providing individual, family, and group therapy. I have extensive experience developing positive relationships with adolescents, and adults. I value providing an accepting and supportive time designed to focus solely on you and your needs. My goal is to provide guidance to help make daily life less overwhelming. I have experience using different therapy modalities and techniques, and together, we will find what works for you.
If you have any other questions about my style of therapy, or modalities I use, please feel free to reach out for a consultation.
